Renewal of temporary one-year lease of Peri-Ferri Bhukt Bazar.

Must have genuine trader trade license. According to the policy, the proposal is sent to the District Commissioner's office through the Upazila Nirbahi Officer. In the light of the report of the Union Land Office, if the conditions of the lease are not violated, the lease is renewed at the rate fixed by the government and the DCR is issued.

Mutation (Nomenclature) Deposit Sharing and Deposit Consolidation Rules
Application for mutation should be filed with the Assistant Commissioner (Lands).
The following documents are to be submitted along with the mutation application.
(a) Applicable cases: 1. Copy of purchase and necessary other documents. 2. Inheritance certificate 3. Copy of Heba Deed and certified copy of all records or papers. 4. Certified/photocopy of Baya/Pit document since last survey
5. Submission of land development tax payment. 6. 01 copy of Kalmi Naksa with the boundaries described in Taffil.
(b) Cost of Mutation:
(a) Court fee for application = 5/- (Taka five).
(b) Notice Issuance Fee = 2/- (Tk. Two) (for maximum 4 persons) Additional Tk. 0.50 for every person exceeding four persons.
(c) Record correction fee = 200/- (Two Hundred) Rupees.
(d) Copy Mutation Registration Fee = Rs.43/- (Forty Three).
Total = Tk 250/- (two hundred and fifty) + In case of more than four persons notice issue fee will be charged as Tk 0.50 more for each person.
Note: If the mutation case is not settled within 45 days from the date of submission of the application and if anyone claims additional fee of the mentioned expenses, contact the Assistant Commissioner (Land)/Upazila Nirbahi Officer/Revenue Deputy Collector/Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) or Deputy Commissioner.
